January 2025 - The Beginning

As we enter #2025, instead of making resolutions, enter the new year:

#with a clean slate of mind

#with intention

#with peace and calm 

#with slowness and steadiness

#with some joy and some grief

#with low pressure to makeover yourself and your life (you don't have to do that on January 1)

#reflecting on #2024 

#having hope for #2025

#knowing that as you turn the page on #2024, there will be some things you'll leave behind, some you'll carry with you, and this is life

#knowing you'll be okay, #2025 will be okay, and we will be okay.
