To my fellow women: 

💪🏼 Before we fight for equality and our rights in homes, clinical workplaces, life - 

✊🏻 know your rights, know you HAVE rights

✊🏻 know rights are not favors that are granted, they are ours because we are equal and more, we are alive

✊🏻 we carry existence - through generations, time, and universes

✊🏻 we birth life, we save life, we are life

✊🏻 know your worth, know your strength, know the wisdom inherent in us

✊🏻 know you can say no, know you can walk away

✊🏻 know you can quit - jobs, relationships, silence, perfection, the struggle to be good enough, the quest to be worthy

✊🏻 Know you can take a break, sleep in, take a mental health sick day, prioritize yourself, go part-time, take a break from work

✊🏻 take a break from kids, spouses, friends

✊🏻 know you can recreate - careers, life, yourself

✊🏻 you can build something beautiful of your own, be on your own

Know you are you, you do not need to be someone else

Know you are making the world a brighter, healthier place 

Know your patients appreciate you

Know you do not have to make yourself smaller

Know you can use your voice

Know you deserve

Know you can
