👩‍⚕️ Being recognized for trauma-informed mental health care is incredibly meaningful—it fuels the dedication of trauma-informed psychiatrists like myself and reinforces the importance of compassionate, skillful support for those who have endured profound challenges. 

👩‍⚕️ Knowing that there are others on public platforms who recognize and appreciate the importance of our work is incredibly encouraging. 

👩‍⚕️ At Kalm Psychiatry LLC, I have the privilege of walking alongside women who have experienced complex trauma—childhood sexual, emotional, and physical abuse, attachment trauma, suicidality, chronic pain, and chronic illnesses. 

👩‍⚕️ Every day, I am humbled by their strength and their vulnerability and this opportunity to help them with their healing.

👩‍⚕️ There isn't a single day that I don’t love working with my patients, navigating the business side of medical practice, and deepening my skill set and knowledge. 

👩‍⚕️ Reflecting on my journey, I am amazed by how much my patients have taught me—about life, empathy, and even my own psychological blind spots. I am forever grateful for them.
